Into the 'Coupon' section of your checkout screen. Yes, it is a lot to type. Keeping Neal's ego fed can be a full time job around here. We suggest you copy and paste it. A few notes below that may be of interest.

* You have to use the coupon to get the discount!
Our order system assumes you type in a coupon to get the discount. If you have trouble making it work or if you forget to type/copy/paste it in just let us know by email and we can fix that for you.
* Order Delays
Our suppliers and shippers will not be back working until Monday Jan 4. And even then they wont be light on their toes. Things will sell out during the sale and restocks wont start arriving until Jan 5th-7th. This will delay our ability to fill and ship orders in a timely manner. Frankly, this is the primary reason we run this sale, because it is just impossible to do a really good job this time of year. If your order is time sensitive please let us know. And rest assured we are doing everything possible to keep all orders moving as quickly as possible, it just might take a little longer this time of year.
* Telephone Orders
Telephone hours are going to be very limited during this sale (as most of the staff will be off on a bender). Please place your order online! You can add to an online order by typing product names into the comments section of the order, or you can follow up an online order with an email adding to the order.
* Telephone Orders, Part II
We will be manning the phones as normal (though with a sick headache) on Monday Jan 4. On that day you can call in your order and get the extra 5% off the order total by telling the telephone operator "Neal looks GREAT in his new Fedora!". They never get tired of hearing that. Over and Over and Over....
* Requests for Quotes
Emailed Quote Requests will be handled Monday Jan 4. As long as you get your quote request in before Monday at 6PM Eastern you will still get the discount.
* Gift Cards Can Cause Online Problems!
I know the credit card company told your relative/loved one that a gift card is "just like a regular credit card" and is "as good as cash". Big suprise - they lied!
Our shopping cart uses the security features recommended by the credit card companies, including an automated check on the billing address of the credit/debit card being used. What often happens with Gift Cards is the recipient uses his own address as the billing address, while the purchaser of the gift card used their billing address as the address of record. if the two are different - Bing! AVS decline
AVS declines are extra fun because the bank will make it look in your online statement like we took your money, but in actuality we declined it due to an improper billing address (as Visa/Master demands). The bank will hold your money in "pending" limbo a few days, probably earning 25% interest in the Caymans. All the while blaming us of course. And after a several days the pending charge will expire and we can go thru the same mess all over again.
* Gift Card/Multiple Credit Card Problem Solution
If you are using a gift card unless you are sure it was purchased by someone using your billing address (they live in the same house) it is probably best to give us a call with the order. Let us know during the call you want to use a gift card and that we should run the charge by hand. We will be able to set the order up properly, no problem. This is also the best solution if you want to use multiple gift cards/credit cards.
