As for the current list -
-drop the shields on the ungors, simply spend the points on more figures
-herds 2 & 3 should drop the banner. Too great a risk of giving up the VP to your opponent.
-find some points to make 2 units of 5 hounds. That should give you 6 ambush units or 3 units actually in reserve.
-no need for the upgrades on the Minotaurs. Just take GW & see if you can add a 4th minotaur.
-Double check the rules for Marks, but see if you can take the MoS on the Spawn. 3D6 movement is such a huge benefit.
- speaking of marks, I don't see any marks selected in the list. Slaanesh is my mark of choice - a poor leadership army gets a huge boost from immune to psychology.
