All you have to do is saw/file/whatever the back "torso" bit attached to the inside of the cloak so that they fit flush with whatever model you're attaching them do and clip enough off of the top to fit your model's height.

Grankobot < Do you have some, picture of a mini you have made with thouse cloaks - if so, would you kindly post them here - or reff me to a place where I can see them.

Because, it sounds very cool - I never thought of using them on 40k minis.
