1. Undercoat skull white.
2. Paint bolter / CCW blazing orange (trust me) and eye sockets sunburst yellow.
3. Wash recesses / armour joins only with badab black. Wash all of bolter and CCW.
4. Wash entire model except bolter and CCW with devlan mud.
5. Wash entire model except bolter and CCW with thraka green.
6. Apply boltgun metal to bolter and CCW to simulate chips and wear.

It is really quick to do, fairly simple and is of a reasonable gaming standard IMO.
