Too many heroes, check page 47 of your army book for restrictions. You're either dropping the BSB or a shaman. If its a shaman, then you might as well ditch down to just magic defense.

Grimgor's really killy, but hatred can make him overrun in bad directions if someone hits you with fast cav in the side/rear.

I don't think you want standards on the small core units. These seem like they're just there to meet minimum core and to redirect/screen. If that's so, you don't want to be giving up the extra VPs for captured standards that they will inevitably surrender.

Don't know enough about O'n'G beyond that though...
