You have to give a little more information as to what you're looking for in an army. If you're wanting fast, light cavalry spam with destructive magic, it won't help if someone offers Dwarfs for your consideration.

What 40k army do you have? What do you like about it? It's pretty even. A few are weaker, and a few are better, but there isnt a huge gap in popularity.
