				<title>GW US Customer Service - Anybody Able to Get Through Recently?</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ E-mail queries send you to the 800 number, which sends you to terminal voicemail or a busy signal.  Been calling for two days.<br /> Another fella said it took several days for him to get through recently also.<br /> <br /> Anybody else experiencing slow response/poor accessibility from <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(50);'>GW</span> US Customer Service recently?<br /> I've always heard people rave that it's the one part of <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(50);'>GW</span>'s operations that work well but this isn't making me a believer.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Resolution:  Local <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(50);'>GW</span> store - <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(50);'>GW</span> Springfield, VA (rocks!) swapped me out for the screwed up sprue.  Was advised that Customer Service is not open on weekends----but I had e-mailed  them on Thursday evening and was rerouted to call them since an e-mail with the details wasn't sufficient.]]></description>
