Why not?

However the list looks pretty solid good amount of scoring stuff decent fire power but not enough mobility for me. You can't. It says specifically boltgun. In addition the profile you must use is rapidfire same as a bolt gun


You can still take Hellfire rounds and a storm bolter!! Just because you can't use them together doesn't mean you can't take them. Stormbolter replaces bolt pistol or Chainsword. The Captain doesn't come with a boltgun as standard though you can give him one (again replacing either the BP or CCW).
