I have two myself. First one is an absolute classic, Love Will Tear Us Apart, by Joy Division. Shan't link you to this one, as it's well known enough that I'd imagine you've heard it before several times and probably rate it as highly as I do. From Ian Curtis' genuine vocals (he was reputedly going through a rough time in his marriage) to the heart beat rhythym of the drums, it seems to encapsulate love at it's most frustrating. The aforementioned drums really make this song for me, as the lyrics are delivered in a very detached way, as if the person in question is trying to think clearly, and devoid of emotion, whilst the Drums like the heart beat a loud tattoo in the chest. Absolutely magnificent all in all.

Second one, I suspect you may not have heard (particularly if you're not British), and that is F.E.E.L.I.N.G.C.A.L.L.E.D.L.O.V.E. by Pulp, from their breakthrough (and really rather superb) album Different Class. Again rather than some mushy crap, I find it reminds me of those times I have been in love, and just how much it affects you. Here's a link to it. Again, it's the lyrics, vocals and music which combine so well that make this great. As they head into the chorus, the voice of self doubt is there, like when you stand on the precipice, questioning what it is you actually feel, then a split second later, you realise you've already taken the leap.
