				<description><![CDATA[ EDITED: Changed fluffiness and way it rolls<br /> <br /> I think, if phaseout/<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(142);'>WBB</span> is not removed, in the next codex for 'Crons there should be some changes to phase out.<br /> <br /> <blockquote class="uncited"><div>Upon reaching 25% or less of the total number of Necron type units(Specifically Necron Lords, Immortals, Flayed Ones, Warriors,Destroyers, Heavy Destroyers, and Wraiths), but after <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(142);'>WBB</span> rolls have been made, the Necron forces begin to phase out to repair, rebuild, and prepare for another assault. Each remaining unit on the field rolls a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(24);'>D6</span> after <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(142);'>WBB</span> rolls at the start of each Necron turn. On a 1-3 the unit phases out, on a 4-6 they stay to continue the fight. Necron Lords(and units they've joined) and C'tan are immune to phaseout, Necron Lords will continue to lead their soulless warriors unto death or destruction, and the C'tan will stay for the continued bloodshed.<br /> <br /> Phased out units will count as being killed for the purpose of Kill Points and Victory points, respectively. It is possible for the entire Necron army, excluding C'tan and Necron Lords, to be removed form the table this way.</div></blockquote><br /> <br /> Thoughts?]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ well Necrons don't leave out of shame, they leave to repair and build up what was blown up, they are never really beaten just halted here and their. But I have no clue , they might not even have a phase out or a reworked one where they might loose so many units a turn.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I really want Phase out to change. I like your idea, but i dont know about leadership. We have <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(82);'>Ld</span> 10, so that means we ain't gonna lose so much. If they said something like 1-2; they leave 3-6; they stay, and roll for this every turn after under 25%. <br /> <br /> Phase out  hurt necron players too much. Everybody knows you just have to kill the warriors and they phase out. I lost a game against orks because of phaseout, I had 800 pts remaining on the field out of 1500 pts, more than half my army was still alive. <br /> Tyranids could have the same rule. When all of their synapes are killed, they all flee, but nooooo, that ain't fair. ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Hmmm...<br /> <br /> I would agree that <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(142);'>WBB</span> needs to be redone, however Im at a loss for suggestions on how to do it. <br /> <br /> As your suggestion stands, I dont mind it. It gets my thumbs up and I will continue to watch its progress.]]></description>

Phase out is the main problem of Necron armies <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(72);'>imo</span>.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ They could always just remove it completely.  *Shrug*  Seems to be the best fix to me, honestly.  I get the reasoning for having it with this army but with all the other restrictions in place (having only one troop choice and only they can capture objectives, things like that) it's a bit ridiculous to have that limitation as well.  ]]></description>
