Tank shock a Tyranid pod...what happens?

So let's say somehow a tyranid pod is out of synapse. You tank shock it and it fails its leadership test. What happens?
What about if it passes its leadership test and you choose not to death or glory?

xebabb wrote:Show me where in the rules you can go past it or sit on it and ignore it, that may be how you play it but thats not in the rules.

Yes it is. You may want to re-read the section on Tank Shocking...the model being tank shocked (assuming it passes its Morale test, which Fearless pods automatically do) is only moved if the Tank will actually end its move over the model, otherwise the tank moves right through the model.

Of course in 'reality' what this rule represents is that the model being tank shocked simply moves out of the way of the tank and back into the same position after the tank passes by. While it doesn't make much sense at all for a pod, that's what the rules are!

The orks that failed their DoG didn't even have to move out of the way. The tank moved right through them and tank shocked the gretchin behind them, which had to move because they failed their Ld test.
