Hello everyone. I am considering running a Black Dragons Space Marine army (never tried to run any marine army before) and am thinking of attempting to use their rules found in the Chapter Approved The Cursed Founding (2004). The special rules for the Black Dragons Space Marines are:

-Cursed founding "ill fated": There is a rule with all cursed founding chapters that states they do not have the and they shall no fear rule which would be a negative to my list.

-Ossific Blades: Bone blades that grow out of both the forearms and elbows and that have also been known to be seen as crests protruding from the forehead. Count all 6's to hit as an automatic wound with no chance at an armor save (aka Rending) but for their assault marines only, they are known as Dragon Claws.

I was just wondering if Chapter Approved Army lists such as the Cursed Founding Marine Chapters are still playable in this edition including at a Gamesworkshop Tournament with their special rules?
