Put your rhinos in rhinos.  Those things are golden.<br /> <br /> Use your group of Tzeench marked madmen running around in your opponent's deployment zone with tank killing guns to distract him from the fact that you have tanks full of soulless killers running pell mell at his lines.  If you use them as a blitz unit to run in and cause a big ruckus, and then use that ruckus to get the rest of your army into place while your opponent reacts, that should work out rather well for you.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Possessed are not only fun to model, but they make more sense in a Tzeench list than most others.  Especially a Thousand Sons list.  A unit like that will give you lots of punching power, and with the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(102);'>MoT</span> those guys are going to stick around for a while with a 4++ save.<br /> <br /> The downside is that you loose a big chunk of the anti-vehicle threat that the Chosen bring to the table.  It isn't terrible, since you still have Oblits and your <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(262);'>DP</span>, just keep in mind what you lose, and deploy to correct your weaknesses.<br /> <br /> If you do go with some Possessed I would suggest pairing them with your <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(262);'>DP</span>.  Those two units can hold a flank all by themselves, and it makes any opponents on that flank have to really think about which one they want to shoot.  It also helps that if they are deployed this way, there are no bad rolls on the chart.  The <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(262);'>DP</span> can keep up if they get any of the movement abilities, and any of the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>CC</span> tricks are just going to help you.]]></description>

This will give you Assault Marine stat lines with 5+ <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(162);'>inv</span>. They Assault off the deep strike and will give you 30 attacks on the charge. Just what you need after softening up a unit with your <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(130);'>TS</span>.]]></description>

Chosen are not that great, as in Dawn of War they cant infiltrate, and there is a lot of chance in outflanking - chance that can even be nullified by your opponent simply sitting away from the board edge.]]></description>

Once your <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(130);'>TS</span> are out in the open they will draw a lot of fire. Rhinos at  armor 11 can get pen'd by any strength 6+ weapon. You need the protection of a vehicle until you are ready to fire and wipe your target which is why Lesser deamons are so important they are the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>CC</span> blockers to keep your <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(130);'>TS</span> firing. ]]></description>

Killing Rhinos is the fastest way to bog this army down. With 5th ed there are plenty of ways to do it. With the Land Raiders yes they are big baskets but Armor 14 means only a Melta, Vindicator, Lascannon, Brightlances, Chainfist, Krak Missiles, and the like are your only real fear. Melta and Lascannons are more common but still easier for you to target and destroy the few that are fielded than deal with the plentiful <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>Str</span> 6-7 weapon that litter the field. ]]></description>

It has only been through my Terminators and lesser daemons that have given my Rhinos any true cover. As fire support goes I have lost many predator to Marbo, scout bike with Melta, and random Krak Missile hit on turn 2 to make it worthless. Obliteraters are an option and have seen them work but they have to slog like the rest of the army. The Land Raiders are a risk but the tactic comes not from mathhammer but from playing and seeing what my opponents target first. The Order is the following<br /> <br /> 1. Vindicator<br /> Why? <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>Str</span> 10 Large Blast<br /> <br /> 2. <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(130);'>TS</span> Rhinos<br /> Why? To make them Slog. Other than a 4+ <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(162);'>inv</span> they are standard marines and will die to bolter fire all the same. Not to mention 2/3 of games are capture so troop killing is a priority.<br /> <br /> 3. Terminators<br /> Why? In my army they are heavy hitters able to soak heavy fire and destroy key vehicles, and assault key units.<br /> <br /> One thing to keep in mind here is that when you field a lot of vehicles you are deploying no more than 5 or so units @ 2000pts this does not give your opponent a lot of options in shooting. In the following list <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(130);'>TS</span> list there are 5 Vehicles. 3 Rhinos and 2 Land Raiders what are you going to shoot first the Land Raider or the Rhino. You know if he moves the Land Raider it can only fire one main weapon. If he moves the Rhino same thing applies. But what is the point of shooting the Land Raider when popping the rhino is more beneficial. These comments are just from my experience with my army. <br /> <br /> @Ventriss<br /> You may want to think about dropping the Sorcerer for more anti horde weapons like Havoc Launchers or a Vindicator. Also if you are going to Land Raider up your Terminators just give them Lightning Claws And make them Aspiring Champions for the extra attack. So they will have 3 base +1 for <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(5);'>AC</span> +1 Paired <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(20);'>CCW</span> = 5 attacks each with rerolls. Do not underestimate lesser deamons if you drop one <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(130);'>TS</span> and Rhino you can fit 2 group of 10. This will give you 4 troops to hold objectives. But the list is looking good.]]></description>
