As for the colours for me they are to dull, you need to follow something closer to the salamanders green with black rims. That is if you are doing a fluff based Aurora chapter. If you are using you own colours then i would say add a badab wash to the grey and a thraka wash to the green.

Try for a contrasting color so the models sticks out. perhaps a yellow or gold? don't forget to remove those mould lines, they will ruin even the best of paint jobs.

I know what you're talking about- I live in the south, so basically every day is humidity day in the summer, and where I live it gets well below freezing every day in the winter... So I have bad spraying conditions all year round. I ruined like five marines... You can remove mould lines with a sharp knife or pencil file. Hardware stores are great for this stuff.

Your marine looks textured. Is that because it dried outside? Beware of wind, it carries dust.
