Sanguniary Novitiate has better survivability than jumppack Sanguniary Priest, since not being an IC made him harder to be sniped down in combat. The other Sanguniary Priest has better protection.

I think you'd be better off with a Vet Vanguard squad instead. My other thought would be to replace the hand flamers with infernus pistols, but that's a minor point.
