It's still over the points so there's a bit of tweaking to do still, one thing I must disagree with is the generic two daemon prince lash, I was really dead set on my sorcerer and so I'll stubbornly stick to that. I can understand why the two daemon princes would be perhaps more effective in a competitive situation, I'll be versing a vanilla space marine army most of the time. I should of mentioned this before, and I apologize

The sorcerer will chill with his seraphim converted raptor biatches lashing everyone around the map like the boss he is, while the PM in the rhinos will blow the crap out of everything and the 4 Oblits will eat through anything like delicious foil wrapping. My one concern is yeah, there's not a lot of models here but on the other hand that allows me to personalize the list with a samurai theme and really give the models the attention and love they deserve. Also, I'm keeping the raptors no matter what you say

Aside from that, I'd love some C&C! It's a little over the points but I'll trim it down somehow.

I take it that's two squads of two Obliterators each.

The Sorcerer is illegally pointed. Apparently you have not factored his Wings into his points cost. You should give him a Jump Pack instead of Wings so he can't be shot by the Jaws of the World Wolf, which will muck up your Plague Marines and Obliterators.

Lack of special weapons on the Plague Marines is bad, lack of Powerfist on the Plague Champion is bad.

The Aspiring Champion on the Raptors is a waste of points, as it's a 15pt upgrade for a 5pt item that isn't very effective and they'll be shepherding the Sorcerer anyways.

If you're going for a Lash List you might as well go for the dual Daemon Princes with Wings, Mark of Slaanesh, and Lash of Submission and call it a day.

No anti-tank will make this list terrible against any vehicle spam list. The Blastmaster isn't good enough for cracking transports, congrats you're now boned against mech and ork kff hordes.

That list will get eaten by my dreads. The autocannons will on average get a pen on a speeder each turn and each pen has a high chance of destroying, immobilizing, or removing a weapon from your speeder. Your tac squads can't move and fire their multi-melta so I just need to move away from them and you won't be able to hurt me. Even if I stand at 24" and trade shots you only have a 3% chance more than I do of dealing damage and given that after the first turn or two of this I'll have autocannons aimed at your transports to pop them your list won't hold up well.

I'm sorry but that Vulkan list while nasty, won't tear apart my dreads, or the guard chimera spam I posted, nor will it do much real damage to a good old ork horde of 120 boyz at 1,000 points.

You need to cut at the PM squads down by 4 men and drop a havoc launcher to make the points cut. However in doing that you lose some anti-horde and that might not be a good option for you. I also have to wonder at the dual roles on your PM squads, they have flamers which require them to move forward to get the flame off, and plasma cannons which need to be still.

However besides that your list packs a nasty punch.

I should have checked my codex before saying anything, had I done so I'd have know they can't take plasma cannons. As for losses caused by the cutting of the PM's well you lose a bit fluff wise, and you can't take so many wounds before things get nasty. The upside is those two marines aren't going to kill too much so by cutting them and not something else you save offensive power. As for an obit, I wouldn't, I'd cut a havoc launcher before I cut an oblit.

all in all. I like your list. play it a few times with some of your mates and see where it might need changes.
