Redbeard: it's best to think of a theme for your warboss, and go from there. Once I find some appropriate bitz, I will be converting a map-holding, confused warboss. I use broken pens, old broken toys, random things I find in street gutters (seriously). Pretty much anything I see that sparks my creativity.
