I do think the current CSM codex could be seen as a 'vanilla' version which would allow Legion's to be placed in separate codexes of their own. However, I doubt we'll see such a thing in 5th edition. Do I want a specific Legion Codex for my 'Word Bearers'?! Hell ya!
