At 1500 points in 3rd ed I used to run at tournaments (including GTs):

Avatar
Farseer (with a WG unit)
x3 units 5 wraith guard
2 warlocks (one each with the other 2 WG units)
3 waveserpents
3 wraithlords
vyper.

Everyone paniced at the slow, slow, slow WLs and shot at them whilst the WG and Wave Serpents did all the killing.

But to have 41 Models and go to a competitive tournament sounds crazy, but looking at it a second time, it does tick all the boxes for a competitive list IMO.

It's a very mobile force packed with hard to shift MEQ.

It has a ball breaking unit that can pretty much kill what it wants.

With two LRC, it's a tough nut to crack.

The only things I can see it would have issues with is MCs and Vehicles.

Nidzilla would stomp a mudhole and walk it dry, as would IG.
