Fleeing troops count as destroyed for Kill Points?

Couldn't find this in the rulebook but stands out to me as it would be a change from previous editions. Do fleeing troops count as destroyed at the end of the game for Kill Points purposes?

If not then this would be a change from previous editions where a unit fleeing at the end of the game gave up its full victory points.

Am I missing something in the rulebook? Is this just a change that I never picked up on (I mean seriously, who has troops running at the end of the game)? Am I just dumb?

Thanks for your help Dakka!

I believe it's in a section along the lines of "Ending the Game." I know it says fleeing units are removed from the table, and I'm pretty sure it says they count as destroyed.
