Would such a possesion be possible? perhaps making the ork believe he is fighting for gork (or mork).

Fluffwise there isn't much stoping this from happening. You might see some people say that an Ork is too stubborn to be possessed, or you might hear some long shot argument about the Orks latent psychic abilites stopping this from happening. But if your figure is unique and painted well enough to give the impression that this is in fact what's happening I think even those people would except it. They dont see the point in tzeentches plans or slaaneshes pleasures, they are dead killy already so dont really need khorne and dont get sick so dont need nurgle.
