Learn to use Light Cavalry. The coolest part about Frenzy is that it must always overrun. Take a unit of light cavalry and put it in front of a unit of Khorne models. Let them charge the Light cav and here's the kicker DON'T FLEE. Then when they are covered in a fine mist of blood from all of the havoc they wreak, watch how far they roll forward, and learn how predictable they become.

Now try to think of ways to take advantage of it.
