Lost, Damned but certainly not Forgotten

OK this is a long overdue attempt at getting a long-existing army painted up to a playble standard. I've been playing chaos for around 10 years over which my painting skills have varied wildly, so this blog will include some fairly classic miniatures, some repaints and some totaly new paintjobs. All in all there's OVER 9000 points to wade through. This could take a while...

The fluff for my army is a cohort of elite offshoot Word Bearers in bone colored armour, the Lord of whom leads an army of the lost and damned made up of a contingent of chaos marines of every god (and some summoned lesser daemons), slaaneshi mutants, khornate chaos daemons, Tzeenchien traitor marines and Nurglesque Traitor Guardsmen. The force is predominantly infantry with a few tanks and stuff dotted around, and I'v tried not to use any existing colour schemes or legions as I like to make up my own fluff, which I'll go into detail onl ater

Just to whet your whistle, the test models for each of the mini-armie's colour schemes (sorry for the poor picture quality, my good camera broke):

Automatically Appended Next Post:
OK, just realised all of those picturs are on their sides. Better luck next time
