In addition, they sell the Shas'O Ra'Lai XV-9 suit, but as far as I'm aware there aren't any rules for it anywhere, incuding anything that says what that weapon is that he's carrying. We can guess it's either the Pulse Submunitions Rifle or Ion Gun but it doesn't say.

Yes they have, including all the errata and FAQS as well.

FW experience... will they make adjustments to models based on the most recent rules?
