I've never had any experience with LRs, so I was hoping for some suggestions.]]> http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/preList/292351/1533836.page http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/preList/292351/1533836.page GMT LRs and EC go well together. I ran two different EC lists right after the chaos codex came out.

One was basically:

2 sorcerors

1 noise marine squad, 9 sonic blaster, one doom siren champ

2 noise marine squads with 8 sonic blasters, one doom siren champ

3 LRs with demonic possession.

Sorcerors rode with two squads in the LRs.

Also threw in a couple termicide squads.

If you don't want to go with a LR spam type army simply adding in a full squad of noise marines with sonic blasters in a LR with a doom siren champ is pretty nice.

They get to ride up, disembark and unload those sonic blasters, then assault immediatly at I5. They are a shock and awe unit and can complement many army builds.
