I think I am going to rock the boat here. I love to run my Shining Spears against terminator heavy lists, particularily when accompanied by an Autarch on a jetbike with a lance and mandiblasters.

Harlequins are nice, but they are not so good on the tables I normally play on, as they are always within range of getting chewed up by something(veil of tears does not do much on a 3” wide table).

I usually run Striking Scorpions too, because we have lots of ork players at my FLGS, and being able to hurl out 36 str 4 int 5 attacks goes a long way to rebalancing the numbers.

Anyway, Shining Spears get my vote.

I don't have the codex now, but can't guardians and storm guardians have ridiculous large units? 3 units of 30 storm guardians and warlocks with enchance within the avatar's fearless bubble would be pretty nasty, almost like a gaunt swarm. Of course i gould be terribly wrong regarding unit size(or tactics for that sake).

The jetbike seer council is still impressive against older codices that do not have durable infantry, or good psychic defense, but against most modern codices, it is not what it used to be at all.
