GWs own IAL is dead and they have no plans on updating it with V5 lists and data?
The Forge doesn't look like it has been updated in years...

I know there are Excel sheets and such out there but I used to really enjoy how Army Builder worked and would make sure you didn't break any list validation rules as you went and such.

What do most people that do want to use something like this use now? I thought Wolfslair specifically made a big show about "not supporting 40K" anymore. The "hobbyist fan generated" stuff is always what AB has been based on.
