				<description><![CDATA[ Ok so I have run this type list @ 1850 and have a 2500pt Ard Boyz list that is basically that same idea with more stuff. I think this list covers all the bases and @ 1500 I do not see people having enough firepower to takeout all my transports. My biggest concern is a footslogging <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>CC</span> Ork army, but I am hoping the flamers on the speeders level that out some. 				<description><![CDATA[ I don't think you have enough Rhino Chassis...nope, not enough at all...you need at least 12...oh wait this isn't a Razorwire list?<br /> <br /> In all seriousness...I think it looks alright, keeping the Long Fangs in a Rhino bunker isn't a bad idea at all. You have a good amount of firepower, plenty enough to take down some big tanks...<br /> <br /> Then there's the single glaring issue...your Rune Priests need different wargear son! Just take a Melta bomb or something equally frivolous to take care of the issue...<br /> <br /> That's all I've got...is this for the Tournament in Columbia this weekend?]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ That depends, are you showing up? :p<br /> <br /> Seriously though, ya this is probably for this weekend. Trying to make up my mind between this and another list I had written up a couple weeks back. As far as the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(293);'>RP</span>'s go I did not list it, but one has a Pistol and the other a Boltgun. I wrote this out on the back of a receipt @ lunch the other day, but I am almost positive the swap out on them is free. I hope so because otherwise I would have to lose one of the meltas.]]></description>

The 1850 and 2500 lists I mentioned both units are filled out. With this points value I had to trim them down. This will be my first tournament test of the 2xML units, but being able to sit comfortably in a tank and fire missiles at 2 different targets is kinda hot.<br /> <br /> ]]></description>

Here in Augusta, it seems like <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(3);'>40k</span> has started picking up more in the past few months as a lot of military guys have been transferring in that play the game. It's nice to get a change of pace from time to time as compared to facing pink Tyranids for 3 weeks in a row.]]></description>

It actually got to the point that I just said sure you rune priests are great and all but I dont know how to make you work so here we go wolf priests w/ terms in a drop pod :O<br /> <br /> Personally I'd put the meltas in the rhino if you plan on using it as a fire point to give the meltas a 18" threaten range and easier to roll up and shoot, they arn't gonna do anything in the razorbacks and personally I like to either plant my razorbacks on a point or keep them long range instead of rushing the front lines. ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Originally I had meltas in those Rhino units as well, but I had to trim points. I then had it just as you suggest at first, but realized that the Rhino units had more people plus <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(423);'>MotW</span>. In the event of big <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>CC</span> units like I mentioned I will be using them as a finisher once I soften them up a bit on the way across the field with frag missiles. So the flamer will be more useful for them. I think the list has more than enough <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(482);'>AT</span> fire throughout, but if needed the meltas in my Razorbacks could be deployed in the case of multiple AV14's. ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Hmm I dont know how well the Fangs + rhinos will work cause sure it might give them a nice shell but it cant move and if it gets glanced it wont be doing anything that turn except move and unless you play fangs differently then I they are normally going to start close to or in the best position to just unleash fire. <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(269);'>Id</span> play test it a bit before being golden on the idea because if you dropped the rhinos and just filled up the squads thats more missiles and can be used to pop stuff that risks getting close enough to shoot them. ]]></description>

I'd love to hear your reasons why...<br /> <br /> 1) He can almost certainly get you first turn.<br /> 2) He's just about as hard as a Land Raider to take down.<br /> 3) Can count as an extra objective when you just need to make one in an objective mission.<br /> 4) He can walk through just about everything on the board with the exception of big nasties...in which case nothing really should be in Close Combat with them anyway.<br /> <br /> He has made back his points 2-3 times over in almost every game that I have fielded him in...Maybe I just know how to use him or people just underestimate him. Either way, he is winning games all on his own and I'm going to stick with him.]]></description>

I would be able to put 3 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(330);'>MM</span> speeders unto that <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(87);'>LR</span> along with 2 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(80);'>LC</span>'s, which should be more than enough to cover it. The missiles and <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(425);'>LL</span> would pick and choose amongst the rest of your armor with 8 shots going @ 8 targets. You have no major <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>CC</span> unit that outnumbers me other than your 10 man <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(390);'>GH</span> squad. The <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(293);'>RP</span>'s in my 7 man units should make up some of that difference so I don't have to worry about getting overwhelmed in combat. Depending on shots available to the fangs the frag missiles and any remaining speeders move on to the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(450);'>LF</span> squad and possibly the Vindicators who I think I could avoid for at least two rounds depending on delpoyment. It's undeniable that dice, scenery, and order of turns will quickly change a gameplan. However I think I would win the majority of games if we played these two lists against one another. Deffinately more favorable to me on the rounds I got to go first.<br /> <br /> <br /> <span style="font-size: 9px; line-height: normal;">Automatically Appended Next Post:</span><br /> Shatter: Like I said I am trying the Rhino thing out. Not being able to move will be an issue at times I am sure, but being able to target two things @ <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>str</span> 8 with an ar11 outer shell for only 100pts is worth at least trying. I might end up scraping the idea after this. I guess that just depends on how often I miss shots due to needing to move. Also dropping all the Rhinos only frees up enough for 4 guys with missiles meaning I now only have two incomplete squads with no transport which is balls for <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(324);'>DoW</span> missions. If I dropped 2 speeders I could max them out, but then I seriously lack melta to deal with Av13 and 14. Not to mention the loss of the mobile flamers for horde control.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ No he's terrible :/ For the points he doesnt do much and mathematically his power gives you a 53% chance (I know it sucks) to pick who goes first and since you arn't doing an alpha strike or drop pod list it doesnt really matter who gets to go first(unless your playing against an alpha strike which is in your best intrest or pod which either way it doesnt matter for them). He is also a liability to the game in a few situations. <br /> <br /> He's over 200 points for a 5+ invuln a good <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>bs</span> and a plasma cannon. He can lose you the game based on <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(316);'>kp</span> if they over run you with troops (which it looks like they will). <br /> <br /> <br /> <span style="font-size: 9px; line-height: normal;">Automatically Appended Next Post:</span><br /> @Kaotik See missile launchers are great but 2 shots isn't going to make or break the game but I like lots o shots. Or a wolf priest with the guard to make them scarier (or at least do more I mean its 3 dudes..) and a venerable dreadnought which can and should do just as much if not more. ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I did the math on Bjorn, or should I say I rolled the dice around 600 times one day to test him and the Inquisitor ally. I was tossing around the possibility of using him in Ard' Boyz with the Razor spam. His ability gives you around 60% chance of going first while you also gain a monster <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>CC</span> dread and a really good plasma template. <br /> <br /> However the Inquisitor ally you can take with a tarot gives you closer to a 70% chance. If you are wanting a bonus to going first go that route instead. Less points and better effect. For almost the same points (depending on other Inquisitor items) you could take two standard dreads AND the Inquisitor. You also gain a tablewide hood at ld9 and <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(4);'>4d6</span> deepstrike protection. <br /> <br /> Now combining the two gives you over an 80% chance to go first, and that was what I had possibly planned to do. In the end though Bjorn for MOST people is just way to many points for what you get, and I turned out to be one of those people.]]></description>

I dont think at 1500 points you can make a list with enough fire power to make use of the first turn thing. I mean I thought about taking him in my drop pod army but why? For the points I can take 2 priests that give my guards <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(271);'>rr</span> in close combat which makes their fewer attack power weapons great. <br /> <br /> I'm also not big on the whole walking a dread around the table. I just think you can do more for 270 points then the tricks you get from bjorn. Hell you can field Grimnar for that amount and he's great. ]]></description>

A liability that makes them make silly mistakes as in concentrating on gunning him down while ignoring the other units because they want those free D3 kill points and they want that extra objective. If you have something they want, make them want it more, the more mistakes they make the more you capitalize.]]></description>
