Clint Eastwood aside, they are pretty good. They hurt so good, and the fact that they actually have a flavor on top of the burn is amazing. hey me too, I use the shakes and bars for every meal but dinner. I kind of cheat though, I lift mad weights every day so I allow myself around 50 carbs (not counting sugar alcohols, fiber, and all of the atkins approved carbs). I usually eat this in the form of a burger WITH a bun, or you know, the carbs that come in salad dressing and sauces for meat. Just don't eat all meat and cheese, dude.
