Sisters of Battle with other models

Recently I've watched some battle reports with mech sisters of battle, and they are really awesome! Long story short, I want to start a sisters army, most likely not using the rigid metal models. I've looked up some threads, but can't find quite what I'm looking for. I was thinking of making some sisters using either a daemonette body, chopping off the demon parts of the arms and legs, adding some GS to replace those parts, along with another breast to match the one the torso comes with. The other way would be to get a female dark eldar torso, and add bolter arms and such. The former would require heavier converting, but I feel could look better than the latter. What do you guys think? Any ideas?

If you like the looks of the Sororitas army, don't make a Daemonette army that looks worse and Chaotic.
There is no substitute for this look that I am aware of (except one Warmachine unit with double swords which doesn't help much).
So either use the metal models or wait until they are released with plastic models.

BTW, the metal models are very detailed (not sure if plastic models will be as well) and have several poses. I can recommend them.

Ok, i guess I'll try looking through some other ranges, and I admit the GW models look good, but I think I will still look to find some conversion ideas for customability.

Look towards Eldar with a hefty amount of green stuffing. I'm sure they have very similar armour, it all depends how good your green-fu is i suppose

I usually suggest Privateer press if you need to look outside GW (really like their models; perhaps I should start playing warmachine?)
Anyway these might be convertable to SoB. Apparently some religious zealous female order
http://privateerpress.com/warmachine/gallery/the-protectorate-of-menoth/units/daughters-of-the-flame
and they aalso have some models suitable for more spectacular characters
http://privateerpress.com/warmachine/gallery/the-protectorate-of-menoth/warcasters/feora-priestess-of-the-flame-classic
http://privateerpress.com/warmachine/gallery/the-protectorate-of-menoth/warcasters/feora-protector-of-the-flame
http://privateerpress.com/warmachine/gallery/the-protectorate-of-menoth/warcasters/feora-priestess-of-the-flame-2009
Just some suggestions and hopefully inspiration.
