				<description><![CDATA[ Alright, so I just started playing Tau and need some help with a 1000pt army list. I have a 500pt list and want to make it a 1000pt list, here it is:<br /> <br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span>:<br /> Shas'<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(555);'>el</span><br /> -fusion blaster<br /> -plasma rifle<br /> -targeting array<br /> -HWMT<br /> <br /> Elites:<br /> 2x XV8 Battle suits<br /> -plasma rifle<br /> -fusion blaster<br /> -HWMT<br /> <br /> Troops:<br /> 12x Fire Warriors<br /> -pulse rifles<br /> <br /> 10x Kroot Carnivore<br /> -5x kroot hounds<br /> <br /> 1x devilfish<br /> <br /> -----------------------------------491pts<br /> <br /> I have these other models:<br /> 1x   XV8 Crisis Suit<br /> 1x   sniper drone team<br /> 3x   Stealth suit<br /> <br /> <br /> So, I'd like some help making this a 1000pt list, and i'd like to atleast have one sniper team in it. 				<description><![CDATA[ Kroot are meant to die they are bubble-wrap for the rest of your army.<br /> In my opinion you should 3 xv8 armed with missile pod,mltracker,and plasma rifle .<br /> shaso w the same build but add a pair of shield drones<br /> 10 basic kroot with 5 hounds (A+)<br /> 6 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(39);'>fw</span> these guys suck ass only take what you have too<br /> 6 pathfinders  w devilfish simple modification to the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(39);'>fw</span> your good<br /> the only problem i see is no railguns tau are ALL about the railgunz<br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Keep the kroot, get more hounds and outflank.<br /> <br /> Fusion on the suits "looks" nice, but not functional when you want them away from <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(58);'>hth</span>. 				<description><![CDATA[ I honestly don't like <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(166);'>Plas</span>/missile suits on a 1000 pt list, or at least 2 of them. Twin missile pod/flamer suits (aka <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(558);'>Deathrain</span>) work so well, plus they're cheaper. 49 pts a suit compared to 62 pts. 2 railguns aren't enough at that point level, coming from one who thinks you can never have enough railguns. Tau are ranged fighters, that's all we do. 				<description><![CDATA[ Ah, sry I should of mentioned, the Commander is basically the same as the one normal crisis suit, they team up so you have 2 suits with the same weapons outfit, you end up with 2 teams of 2 hopping around the table causing mayhem.<br /> <br /> As far as all being separate, different weapons outfits hurt their effectiveness. teaming up suits of the same type allows you to maximize your number of shots per turn.]]></description>
