CA last week and visited the GW store. Small but a nice little place which was, to my surprise, the workplace of a old childhood friend of mine I hadn't seen in ages.

Then, just today, I was back in the area, and wanted to take my 3 year old to see the old friend and see if she wanted any more Eldar booster packs.

However, the store is not there anymore. Its still listed on GWs site, still on the directory for the Block, but the store is locked up, the sign gone, the lights out, and the windows blacked out.

Has anyone heard whats happened? We had a good couple of months warning on the Glendale store closure. They moved it out. It's just another on their list of mall stores they are getting out of. Unlike the Glendale store they were able to get out pretty easy and in an agreeable way so it happened pretty fast. If you go to the LA Battle Bunker or any other store, they can get you the address. What I can tell you is that many regulars are going to try out this new store, or have gone to the Brea or Battle bunker stores.
