Nurgle and Slaanesh themed army: Daemons with Browny points

Hey all.
I got into Daemons recently just becuase I wanted to do a n army where every model is a conversion, and here we are.
I'm trying to run a mostly Nurgle and Slaanesh army, with a few other bits from Tzeench thrown in, but the objective is to
stray away from anything that one might find broken in one way or another.
Many people at my local gaming store find fantasy daemons cheesy, so I'm trying to build a list that is fun to play against.

2000 PTS:

Daemon prince w. Armed monstrosity, winged horror, Lvl 2 wizard, MoT, master of sorcery

Herald of Nurgle on palanquin, Lvl 1 wizard, slime trail, noxious vapors

Herald of Tzeench on disc, master or sorcery

16 Plaguebearers, full command, icon of eternal virulence

20 daemonettes, full command, siren standard

5 nurgling bases

5 seekers, banner and standard, banner of extasy

beast of nurgle

2 fiends of slaanesh

Comments or suggestions very welcome.
Cheers,

TIMFF8

Nurgle and Slaanesh themed army: Daemons with Browny points

Looks interesting, but I wouldn't call it a slannesh/nurgle themed army.

Personally, this list doesn't really speak to me. Like all demons are good at something and it seems to me that your trying to do too much with too little.

A nurgel army is generally slow and really hard to destroy while a Slanesh army should be fast. So they could make a strong combination between them.

So as far as the list I give it a thumbs up, as far as theme a thumbs down. Remember a theme list is not usually competitive it is more a cool idea that you have and an army that you want to make first and foremost.

So, what you're saying st that the list is not really a themed list, because the units don't mesh well?
But then, is the list effective in itself, but not as one would usually build a themed list? That is what I got from your response.
The reason that I had this in tactics first was I was looking for tactics really on how to use a Slaanesh/Nurgle mesh effectively, and I realize that I forgot to state that in my first post.

I guess then I'd like to know how to use Nurgle and Slaanesh units together effectively, and themely?
(@ angry red text with strange cross-eyed guy - should I start a different thread for that then?)

Thanks
TIMFF8

That's why I said it was kinda off. A themed Nurgle/Slanesh army in my opinion would only have Nurgle/Slanesh demons and none form Tzench/Khorne.

Overall though, I think it is a well balanced list because it had a bit of everything and can deal with most problems.

Re:Nurgle and Slaanesh themed army: Daemons with Browny points

Well, for the time being, I think I can do better if I play a multi-god list and work backwards to other options. So let's drop the theme for now, I think.
Anyways, I was looking through the 8th edition book, and think some changes should be made, so here's a new list.

Daemon Prince:
Lvl 2 wizard, Mark of Tzeentch, Soul Hunger, Unnatural Reflexes, Winged Horror, Master of Sorcery

Herald of Nurgle:
Palanquin, Noxious Vapors

Herald of Tzeentch:
master of Sorcery

Herald of Slaanesh:
Lvl 1 wizard

26 plague bearers:
musician and standard

14 daemonettes:
musician and standard

10 horrors

10 horrors

3 bloodcrushers:
musician

2 Fiends of Slaanesh

I'd be running the Heralds each in a unit of their respective Core daemons. ASF is fantastic in the new edition, as it will alow you to re-roll to hit in melee if you have it AND you have higher initiative than the foe. I'm not sure exactly on what size units to run, but 30 for the plaguebearers and 15 for the daemonettes seemed good for their respective roles.
The goal here is a list that plays pretty aggressively with plenty of magic, but most of it being directed into melee combat. I'm trying out a little of Khorne and Tzeentch in this list, but I think something's missing. Also, it's a bit over 2000, so tips on shifting and a few points to drop would be appreciated.

@Turalon - thanks very much for your comments so far.
