Like you I'm struggling with making this kit convertible. Seems there's no real way to do it without adding parts. I'm determined though so I think I'm going to replace the Death Strike missile with something similar size and shaped from an old Monogram US and USSR Missile display:



This should allow me to use the four Storm Eagle rockets and magnetize the tray to lift them off and place the Deathstrike.
