				<title>Plasma Cannon Question</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ I have been going over the rules for plasma weapons and just wanted to know if you have to roll the scatter dice for the plasme cannon because it is a blast?<br /> If so it seems to make the cannon less effective and probably better to take something alse cheaper like a missile launcher with a higher strength but lower <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(6);'>AP</span>.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Yes, first you roll a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(24);'>d6</span> to see if the plasma cannon gets hot.  on a 1, take a wound (all regular saves allowed), and the gun does not fire that turn.  On a 2+ roll the scatter dice w/ <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(1);'>2d6</span>, reducing scatter by your <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>BS</span>.  Easy-Peasy.]]></description>
