I've seen them done both ways, Black armour and blue. I was just wondering if there was an 'official' colour sceme for Deathwatch Librarians.

Norm libbies from chapters have it blue. I'm thinking now about painting the armour black, with a blue cloak, just to make it easy to see that it's a Librarian. There was a deathwatch libby model in ChapterApproved 2 done in Black.

Black and blue should fit.

That's a good idea about making the cloak look special. Are there any specific Librarian Symbols? I think that'll look good and'll really make him stand out.

Is so they are called Initiates.

Here's my tip for you: Instead of filling up your ranks with scout minis, fill it up with Inquisitorial Stormtroopers count as SM Scouts.
