We now have three choices of how to have us make you a cool pre-built army for your games.

Choice one: Speed list
This is the cheapest way and the fastest way to get a commissioned army done. This is where you tell us the army you want to build and we will make you a 1500pt list of that army ( you will get to proof read it of coarse.) then you send us the money and we will buy all the models and build paint base and ship them off to you usually all within 2-3 weeks! This is a very easy and fun way to get a very nice looking list and models are painted to above table top quality. this usually end up with a price tag of only $500 total FOR EVERYTHING!


Our next option is the next step up :The premium package
This is our most popular deal and it's the premium package it is the where we just listen to you and do what you want you can give us a themed army (such as elder jet bikes or Elysian Valkries) and then we will paint up your army to a very high standard. There is the option of a display board to go with your army as well. These tend to run anywhere from $600-$900 if we buy the models.


The final choice of a premade list is the top of the line :The Forge World deluxe army
This is a pretty pricy but diffidently worth it choice it is a extremely ornate or converted army (Such as a full Death Kops of Krieg army or Chapter house studio Salamanders.) This package will be done to the finest quality with ornate conversion allot or all forge world models and resin bases. this will come will a display board and battle foam carrying cases. this runs from $1000-$1200.


all armies are shipped in protective foam and bubble rap.
we can do armys for any game out there and if you just want a display board for your already painted army we can do that too.

Yes we paint everything and you are always welcome to ship models to us in that case Ill have to give you an estament of the price depending on the size and amount of models. The best way to do this is to take a photo of your army and send it to me in a PM.

Warmachine/ Hordes armies tend to be fairly cheaper so for the same price as the first choice you could get some really high quality stuff.

And about the website. We are a fairly new company and I have just started to work on our website so I should have it up in about 2 weeks or so.

If I were you I'd get better pics, make a website, there's ways to "validate" yourself and place logos on the website, use a middle man financial holding web company for everyone's sake, buying minis is a bad idea IMHO......

Can I ask how old you are? (This will be one of MANY questions I was asked, like "do you smoke" "how long have you gamed" "how many years have you painted" "have you won awards" and so on). I see many spelling errors, and the prices are very low (to good to be true is screaming in my mind, and you know the old saying of "when it sounds too good....)

What is your policy if someone does not like it? 20% refund? If you don't use escrow service will you use paypal? Paypal is tricky, many people who paid and got what they wanted from me, reveresed payment at their bank and got there money back and paypal wont do a thing! True.

Keep plugging away. Practice makes perfect and all that. I've seen people who were TERRIBLE painters practice a bit get better, then start accepting commissions. They got so much work that the practice just increased their skills tremendously.

I hope the venture works out well for you!

Don't intend to discourage you in starting a commission business, but would agree with agnosto and spartanlegion that you might need to be much more proactive in showcasing your skills and also present your business more clearly and properly. The thing is there are so many painting services out there already in the market. You really need to show people why they would wish to choose your services over some others. Your blog was supposed to showcase your work, yet there's only one entry and that was in July 2010??? At the very least, you should attach some more photos of your recent work to this thread.

Also, if you think a photo was crappy and it could not fully show the quality of the paint job you've done on the models, then don't submit it as part of your ad. If you show any pics as part of your pitch for getting business in, they should be the cream of the crop, and preferably gives the potential customer a wow factor. The danger is that people would think If you cannot even be bothered to take the time to produce a good quality photo of your own work, how could they trust you to paint their models for them? It's like a candidate handing in a CV printed on crumpled paper with typos to a potential employer.

As spartanlegion has pointed out, you should also state clearly your credentials or experience in painting and also set out clearly how the whole process would work if someone were to engage your services. Without any of these details, not sure if you'll get any business.

I hope you won't take offense on the comments above, but all I really want to say is that starting a business is real tough , especially in a market where there's a lot of competition, and you really have to be prepared and think through a lot of issues before diving right into it.

  • Go install Firefox, Chrome, or some browser with an inline spell-checker. Yes, some people can't spell, I get that, but when you spell like you do, as a business, it makes you look like anything but a professional business.


  • Remove every image that has misspelled words on the model. Never use them anywhere. To say that your misspelling of "Emperor" on an Imperial tank is "embarrassing" is an understatement. This is not a service that people will wish to pay money for.


  • Go read some tutorials about how to take pictures of your miniatures so that they best showcase you work. If all you have is a cell phone camera, you can still do a decent job with Yakface's tutorial, but you can get an good camera for taking pictures of miniatures for $50 nowadays, new. Coupled with a lighting tent and lights, you could have a nice setup for less than $100. It takes money to make money.


  • Go set up a website before you start soliciting offers. For now, set up a Dakka Dakka gallery of your work and try to get some word of mouth going here. If you don't know how to set up a website, pay someone to do it for you, either in cash or in trade for your painting. Why would anyone invest in you when you haven't yet invested in yourself?


  • That website needs work in progress pictures, worklogs from beginning to end, and some testimonials from previous customers.


  • Your painting is not bad, it's a nice average tabletop standard. If it's very cheap, some people will be happy to pay for that since they hate painting and don't require the best (Look at Walmart!). Concentrate on painting horde type armies since those are your likely customers. Orcs, Tyranids, Guardsmen, these should be your bread and butter.



    • I'm sorry if my words come across as harsh, because I truly wish you success, and I feel being frank is the best way to advise you on this. There is literally no one I know who would send a complete stranger half a grand in cash based upon what you have presented here. I look forward to seeing your business grow, because quality, cheap painters are always in demand.

    And you still haven't set out how your commission process works, what the payment terms are, etc.

    So it looks like you haven't really taken any of the advice or criticism on board. I have great difficulty in seeing how you are now prepped and ready when nothing seems to have really changed since July 2010.
