I'm also not a big fan of the well-known dryad substitute - I just think they look a little too, well, stick-y.

They're wonderfully Chaos-looking, and might fit well with my mutation/change theme. They also look more like what pink horrors might look like, if I paint 'em pink enough. Do you think they could reasonably pose as replacements? I'm not planning on doing any tournamenting with them, mostly just FLGS games.

I've also thought of loading up a base with two of these guys to pose as a pair of blue horrors: http://chaosorc.com/dark-age-brood-puds-blister-packet-p-9572.html
... to count as the same thing. I've read that it's totally acceptable to model two blue horrors on a base to count as a single pink horror, and I really liked that idea. I'd probably just have a couple of 'em per squad, just for fun.

Anything else out there?

And also, while I'm at it: anyone know of a good non-Space-Marine Tzeentch Daemon Prince conversion/replacement? Haha, good point - their pants are kinda ugly

I've found 'em for cheaper elsewhere, is the reason I'm considering them.
