Their standard trays are at 4" for Kans and 2" for Bikes. Depending on how your stuff is posed, you may be able to split the difference and lay the Kans flat, but they will probably also provide you with cutout foam dividers if you wanted to double-deck bikes in a 4" foam.

From everything I've heard, your best bet when trying to figure out how to fit your stuff for a custom cut is to give them a call.
