So in the spirit of there are no stupid questions.

The instructions on the back say "pre-mix with water up to 10%, then mix with colour". Does this mean up to 10% flow improver and 90% water or up to 10% water and the rest flow improver? or should I just use it straight?

Is it best to put a little bit straight into all my paint pots or use it as I mix my paints (or a combination of both)?

Any other guidance would be great.
