I really really like the white that is used to paint the protectorate of menoth in warmachine. But I am not very sure as how to get that off smooth creamy white. Cream is that the color? Anyways any input would be great.

Explaining what to use with GW paints would also make things much easier on myself.

So what a base of skull white then a dry brush of bleached bone? Would a wash over all that help to give it that cream look? Maybe some sort of brown wash? If you want it to have a bit more of a brown / sepia feel, wash carefully with watered down gryphon sepia.
