I have a friend who used to if we played at his apartment.

Usually if my friends used they used at a party. Maybe gaming took too much concentration, I dunno. Nowadays I think my path has parted from any users unless they are very stealthy about it.

They were all really good painters/modellers and excellent sportsmen. They knew their limits (i.e. they didn't pull out the 4 footer with gas mask attachment if there were any minors around) and were some of the best guys you could ever game or smoke with.

Now completely hammered on booze gamers, that's a whole other story.

Drinking just because I've seen what happens when drunk gamer geek decides to try to lean all 250+ pounds on the game board (thankfully it wasn't my army or he'd have been in the ICU at the local hospital with 2500pts worth of minis up his anal cavity) and the latter because we play at a buddies house who has kids.

He used to do that gak but not anymore (CPS frowns on drugs in the same house as children).
