				<description><![CDATA[ Ok so I finally got the Codex So now I know what I'm talking about tell me what you dakkites think.<br /> <br /> Lord-General of the Empire-Griffon-Runefang-Handgun-Shield-Full Plate Armor<br /> <br /> Heroes-Captain of the Empire <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(174);'>BSB</span>-Great Weapon-Handgun-Banner of Sigismund, Master Engineer x2-Light Armor-Repeater Handgun-Pigeon Bombs<br /> <br /> Core-2x block of 30 Handgunners-Full command-Hochland Long Rifle-1x Banner of Valor-2 Detachments for each 1x15 Handgunners 1x15 Free Company<br /> <br /> Special-Outriders x5- Full Command-Reapeter Handgun and Pistol, Great Cannon x2<br /> <br /> Rare - Steam Tank x2<br /> <br /> Sorry I don't have points values yet I still have to work it out in word and use the a calculator, but from the rough calculations I did this just about equals 2500pts although may require tweaking but give me an idea of what you guys think. <br /> Here's a rundown of my tactics, The lord would be used for warmachine hunting as well as flanking smaller tougher units and depending on the army maybe even hunting other lords and heroes, The <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(174);'>BSB</span> would go in the unit of Handgunners that doesn't have the magic banner to provide them with a nice bonus and the two engineers would go with my great cannons in order to allow the rerolled artillary or scatter die, The two cores would be spread out on the board and used to just shoot the hell out of whatever my enemy had until they eventually and probably with some armies inevitably got charged in which case detachment 1 of the handgunners would stand and shoot along with the parent block and the free company would come in and flank, The outriders would be there to jump around the board and kill as much as possible with 15x pistol shots, The cannons would do what cannons do, and the Steam tanks would be there to tarpit very strong units as well as give me a few extra cannons to work with.<br /> <br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Your Captain (<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(174);'>BSB</span>) can only take magical weapons/equipment.  The only normal equipment he can have, is armor and a warhorse.<br /> <br /> Your lord could stand to have some better armor and/or a ward save.<br /> <br /> Only two Hochland rifles isn't going to get very much done for you.  Considering the bad <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>BS</span> of the Empire and all of the negative modifiers to shooting.  The weapon is exponentially better, the more you have.  By more, I mean a whole lot of them.  At 20 points a pop, it's not really worth it.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ You should take 1 more cannon and some mortars, other then that I like the list although you may want a wizard in your list as well. There's some really good lores in the new rulebook now.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Do you have enough Core? <br /> <br /> Also, if you are going gunline, bring as much artillery as you can muster. Really gives you some heavy hitting power in addition to the Handgunners.<br /> <br /> If you get a chance, as I don't run Handgunners currently, try out a 10x2 and see how that holds you over a mass of them you have. Just a thought. That is what I was tinkering with.<br /> <br /> As for Hochlands, I think with the problem of <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>BS</span>-based shooting, you might as well ditch them. Also, invest in some the the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(13);'>BRB</span> armor for your characters, to give them some Ward saves, etc.]]></description>
