I think I understand your question. I would not fold it like paper I would cut the pattern apart so that the individual sides were separate and glue them together on the edges. Your template would have to compensate for the material thickness by altering the size of the templates it would have to mate with.

Does that answer your question?

Maybe you could come up with a better solution that what I just wrote, but that is what I had in mind when I initially made the request.

Pillboxes and Corridors Tool Released

I think asmith is saying that he would use, say, a printout (on paper) of a wall section, but remove the 'fold flap'. He would then use the paper as a template to cut the wall out of plasticard. If he does this for a bunker, he would then glue the plasticard to plasticard, and wondered if that would change the shape or dimensions of the bunker.

I don't know if that is any clearer :-(

I did have a question: I downloaded the demo program, and it seems pretty cool. Does it have alternate 'skins' or color options for the walls other than the brown color in the demo? I was thinking along the lines of light grey (cement), dark grey, etc.

Pillboxes and Corridors Tool Released

So, the final building would be made only of plasticard and then painted.

In this case the code could resize only internal parts to be glued. Currently you can do it now, but you have to resize by yourself single pieces: the tool contains a selector with the printed scale. You have only to insert a different scale for that specific pieces. In future I will add a code that will do this automatically for each involved part.

As for your question, the tool offer now only that skin, but I can add the possibility to change the tone of it, like already seen in Cargo Containers, the previous tool released, where you can choose one from 16 million colors.
