Here goes:<br /> <br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span><br /> Master Of The Forge w/ 1 servitor- 110pts<br /> Chaplain in Terminator Armor (joins assault terminator sq) with digital weapons - 140 pts<br /> <br /> ELITES<br /> 5x Assault Terminators w/ Thunder Hammer+Storm Shields<br /> Land Raider Crusader dedicated transport w/ multi-melta - 460 pts<br /> <br /> Ironclad Dred w/ Hurricane Bolters, Seismic Hammer, Meltagun<br /> Drop Pod w/Deathwind Missile Launcher, Locator Beacon (drop on first turn so other drop pods won't scatter within 6") - 200 pts<br /> <br /> Dred w/ Assault Cannon<br /> Drop Pod w/ Storm Bolter - 150 pts<br /> <br /> TROOPS<br /> Scout Squad w/ 2x sniper rifle, 1x missile launcher, 1x bolter led by Sgt Telion - 135 pts<br /> <br /> 10x Tactical Squad w/ melta-gun, missile launcher, sgt w/ power fist + plasma pistol + melta bombs<br /> rhino dedicated transport w/ storm bolter- 265 pts<br /> <br /> 5x Tactical Squad sgt w/ chainsword+ plasma pistol+ melta bombs<br /> rhino dedicated transport w/ storm bolter<br /> <br /> HEAVY<br /> Dred (thanks to <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(384);'>MOTF</span>) with vanilla load out (<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(20);'>CCW</span>, <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(330);'>MM</span>, <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(213);'>SB</span>)<br /> Drop Pod w/ Storm Bolter - 140 pts<br /> <br /> Thunderfire Cannon- 100 pts<br /> <br /> Predator w/ 2x Heavy Bolters, Storm Bolter - 95 points<br /> <br /> FAST<br /> <br /> Land Speeder Storm w/ Heavy Bolter - 50 pts (plan is to have scouts secure objectives until tactical squads can reinforce)<br /> <br /> There it is. 				<title>Advice/help neede on 2k Ultramarine list</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ There's some dead weight in the list:<br /> - The <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(384);'>MotF</span> doesn't seem to do much, except for add another dread.<br /> - The locator beacon allows only the last drop pod to not scatter. The second drop pod can't use it yet since it arrives in turn one. It's not really worth it.<br /> - Error: the scout squad has one heavy weapon too many.<br /> - The <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(440);'>LSS</span> brings the scouts somewhere and they disembark and shoot? And then the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(440);'>LSS</span> does what? The only viable use for the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(440);'>LSS</span> is transporting 5 scouts with pistol/<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(20);'>ccw</span> and <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(105);'>PF</span>.]]></description>

The Ironclad is a assault Dreadnought but will land in a Drop Pod and cannot assault out and then it only has a single offensive tank busting weapon and hurricane bolters. The Drop Pod doesn't need the deathwind as that cannot fire first turn it lands, blow up the Pod bye-bye deathwind and you've wasted points. 200 points for this unit is a lot. <br /> <br /> <blockquote class="uncited"><div>Dred w/ Assault Cannon<br /> Drop Pod w/ Storm Bolter - 150 pts</div></blockquote><br /> <br /> Hmmmm ok. I like multi melta as it's cheap but it only has a single role but assault cannon can maul infantry and vehicles. Consider a heavy flamer as other weapon for when getting close to infantry. <br /> <br /> <blockquote class="uncited"><div>TROOPS<br /> Scout Squad w/ 2x sniper rifle, 1x missile launcher, 1x bolter led by Sgt Telion - 135 pts</div></blockquote><br /> <br /> I can't remember but do you get sniper rifles for free? Telion is ok for that BS5 krak shot but worth 50 points for that? I don't think so. Bad choices is you don't need power fist because you'll combat squad down and 5 Space Marines don't win combat much. Get in a combi melta to boost the squads damage out put.<br /> <br /> Next squad would be better with combi melta <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(325);'>TBH</span> instead of plasma pistol. <br /> <br /> In a 2k list you need more troops. Take two Preds or two <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(420);'>TFC</span> but I would make the most out the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(384);'>MOTF</span> and get full Dreadnought heavy support. <br /> <br /> <blockquote class="uncited"><div>FAST<br /> <br /> Land Speeder Storm w/ Heavy Bolter - 50 pts (plan is to have scouts secure objectives until tactical squads can reinforce)<br /> <br /> There it is. For a cheaper objective unit those Scouts are costing 175 points. <br /> <br /> Really you need to decide what you want because that single Land Raider won't last. I would probably drop it or double up on it and Terminators but that doesn't leave loads of room for Dreadnoughts. I would probably go 3 x Dreadnoughts with assault cannons, 3 x Dreadnoughts with long range anti tank weapons then fill the rest with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(384);'>MOTF</span> and Tactical Squads in Rhinos; but put <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(55);'>HKs</span> on the Rhinos. <br /> <br /> Dreadnoughts run in front of Rhinos and give cover, pop smoke so get cover themselves. Long range Dreadnoughts deal out anti tank along with missile launcher Tactical Marines and <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(55);'>HKs</span> on Rhinos.<br /> <br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I agree with mercer on the full dread layout. Not only will the be anti-tank and anti-troop, your opponent is going to be worried about all that walking mech that can move shoot and sweeping advance so. your call on the rest of the list but you'll have enough to run all the dreads and your troops.]]></description>
