for the second, this would have you to trust your partner to take almost all objectives and him going in alone, because: 2 vetsquads without AV between them are easily wiped out. Plus it only takes 1 outflanking/deepstriking enemy to make a mess of your basilisks.

As for the Nid list i would suggest lots of gaunts/genestealers.

The second list would have that problem, the vet squads are mostly there for meat shield.
