According to complimenting colours, though, purple would look really good with the yellow, so maybe the yellow helmet, white laurel, and purple lenses?

I think it was Codex grey with a dark wash then highlighted back up to Codex then finish off with a lighter shape for the edges.

I may be wrong on which grey I used but it finished with quite a nice light greyish finished. Don't go for a white finish as it looks too bright against the yellow.

For a sergeant maybe, but not for the rest of the squad.
