Are the assault Terminators all TH/SS? If not they should be.

I'd keep avenger as hordes will cause your Terminators problems (and your list).

Scouts without Camo cloaks is just stupid. Just be aware with drop pod armies you'll get EVERY gun in the enemy;s army (or worse assaulted) pointed at you when your pod arrives and your squad disembarks.

I'm assuming that when you drop pod in you cant combat squad them and leave half in the pod then? which then makes the missile launcher a bit crap :( I think if I hadn't played 2nd and 3rd ed i might well use rhinos however for me just getting back into 40k drop pods are a bit of a novelty list that just sound cool, I think it is going to be a very hard list to use, the main problems I seem to encounter are getting the raider across the table in one piece, some games its flies across, no problems, others, well it was pretty much seeing how many termies i could get cross the table in one piece (mind you I only had two thunder hammers, i might have to see about getting some more thunder hammers).

Thunder hammer Terminators are far more expensive than LC terminators in every other codex for a very good reason. Heck even within the Vaniulla codex everything that has an option for 2 LCs or TH/SS the TH/SS is far more expensive...

Personally, I don't recommend dropping the fists in the tac squads.. and besides, metal models are awesome (except for assembly, convertion and "oh-snap-I-dropped-it" situations ).

Chaplain can be good, but he makes you fearless and won't do as much for you particularly against other hammer units as a Nullzone Libby will. Chaplain with LC Terminators is truly terrifying. But should only be used against soft targets like orks / eldar / tau.

For Thunder Hammer goodness consider Vulkan and Librarian (1500 is a little too little points for this) but it allows you to reroll hits and enemy has to reroll inv saves due to Null Zone)

Your TH/SS dudes are +5pts I believe

And the rest of your army is the same price but might have Furious charge (1/6 chance for each non-vehicle unit every game).
