a quick note: the paint scheme is following my theme of ice and winter, so I attempted to make Venom-nom-nom-thrope appear to be miserable and snow-beated, hence the altered tendril positions and awkward Skull White drybrushing everywhere.

On to the model.

I like the way you have bent the tentacles around into snakey shapes. I'll pinch that idea for my own Venomthropes.

I think the pale dry-brushing on the back horns looks a bit scrubby. If you are going for a frost edged look, try highlighting along the front edges and tops of them, also around the edge of the whole carapace.

Frost builds up around the edges of things, owing to natural forces. Try to get that look on the blue armour.

The other thing you might try is to paint the soft tentacles of the mouth and 'fingers' in a different contrasting colour, just to add some accents.

It is coming along well. The more models you do, the easier the rest of the army becomes, as you get the techniques.
