Simple Green on resin?

Cleaning up some of the store terrain and I've got several old armorcast crystal formations with thick coats of paint. If I throw those in my pot Simple Green at home to strip them is that going to mess with the resin? If so what is the recommended method for stripping resin stuff?

Simple Green on resin?

It tends to make the resin softer but not enough for the toothbrush to damage the resin when I scrub off the paint.
If there is nothing like small rods of resin (since they are softer they break easily) you will have no problem.
Should you wash the model well and let it dry thoroughly (24-48 hours after stripping) the model will be back to it's old self.

Simple Green on resin?

I threw one piece in as a Guinea Pig and a quick overnight bath in the Simple Green had no effect on the resin at all, not soft or anything. Took all the paint right off super nice. Not sure if it was the paint or the resin, but the paint came off better than anything I've stripped before.

Simple Green on resin?

Paint comes off really easily from resin with simple green, I only striped a few resin minis from FW (bad primer job) and the most obvious softness I had was on the Nurgle Sorcerer's staff.
